Classified Consultants was founded by Alec Kucharski after years spent running political campaigns across the country, from grassroots organizing to his own run for Tennessee State Party Chair. That experience taught him what most campaign strategy misses: candidates win when they never stop putting working people first.
Today, Classified partners with municipal, state, and federal candidates to launch campaigns, build the staff behind them, and shape strategy around the district, not a template. We handle the infrastructure behind a winning campaign so candidates can focus on relentlessly showing up for the people they represent.

ALEC KUCHARSKI
Founder
Alec Kucharski is a political strategist, consultant, and campaign manager based in Chicago. After first interning with former US Senator Bob Casey(PA), Alec moved and began his career in politics in Tennessee. After relocating to Chicago, Illinois, in 2022 to work on the political operations for the Illinois House Democrats, he founded Classified Consultants to help candidates build stronger campaigns rooted in organizing, community, and elevating candidates who focus on class struggle.
Throughout his career, he's remained committed to expanding working-class representation and amplifying the significant work of community organizing in building better futures for all.
